What do our clients want to get from Engage? We’ve just popped up three new case studies which capture the rationale in each case for rolling out the Engage colleague app. Interestingly, while all these deals concluded before Covid, we know that the app has proved a godsend in these much changed and very challenging times.
There’s been a huge amount of real-time comms to orchestrate and occupational resources to make available. There’s also been a full-on drive to keep people connected and supported, with many people working from home in isolation for the first time ever – the app is doing a sterling job in keeping lines open, encouraging socialisation and delivering reassurance and practical help.
Coping with a pandemic was never in any of these three clients' original business cases – unsurprisingly – but they’ve all been super agile and adaptive in getting the app to help their colleagues and organisations through this unfolding crisis.
