Engage Solutions Group and Hedgehog today announce a new partnership to bring their skills and services together to help organisations accelerate digital adoption and drive customer, community and colleague engagement.
Founded in 2017, Engage has a proven track record in delivering digital engagement apps for both internal and external audiences, powered by its Engagement Success Platform. Hedgehog is a growing consultancy and advisory practice, with credentials in business strategy, proposition development, user journeys and the operationalising of improved performance. Both businesses are based in the North West but with clients across the country.
Alyson Chadwick, Co-Founder, Hedgehog, said: “The partnership will allow Hedgehog’s services to be part of the Engage offer and will turbocharge clients’ ability to more effectively embed and integrate the platform and its respective apps. The aim is to secure a genuine step-change in digital adoption and see that feed through into desired positive outcomes, such as increased engagement, retention, agility, efficiency and advocacy.”
Engage CEO Phil Wedgwood commented: “I’m really excited about the additional value we can bring to the client base by partnering with Hedgehog in this way. It’s letting us add a whole new layer of consulting expertise: while we have traditionally advised on engagement technology strategy alongside solution deployment, this allows us to offer more immersive business consulting around digital adoption and transformation. This is about helping clients extract maximum value from their tech investments, and to see engagement as a fundamental part of operations.”
Rod Bulmer, Co-Founder, Hedgehog, added: “The Engage platform is a fantastic opportunity to quickly enable digital adoption and engagement in organisations. But to really drive customer, colleague and member benefit there always has to be a commitment to shape the business. Like so many things in life, the more you put in, the more you get out and we want to help Engage clients fully capture the opportunities offered up by the platform.”
