Frenkel Topping looks to Engage app to supercharge colleague community

Engage Solutions Group has announced further success in the professional services sector with the go-live of Frenkel Topping Group

Frenkel Topping has rolled out its custom branded, Engage-powered employee app to connect over 300 colleagues within 12 brands across 15 locations.

FTThe group, which specialises in supporting clients facing life-changing circumstances as a result of personal injury or clinical negligence, has grown rapidly in the last two years – a success that brings its own challenges, as marketing manager Stephanie Webster explains:

“Traditionally we have been a very close, supportive, people-centric business – the caring ethos we have for our clients has long been mirrored in the workplace. But when you expand as we have, when you become much more dispersed, the community feel that has been dependent on our physical togetherness is at risk of being eroded. For us, the app allows us not just to secure our colleague community but to strengthen it and enrich it further.

“There are also important commercial and operational considerations. Keeping everyone up to date with what’s happening across all the business units underpins effective CRM and cross-selling opportunities; and the digitalisation of previously analogue processes gives us those efficiency gains and dials up the employee experience too.

“But ultimately it’s the app’s ability to bring us together that’s the key: to share amazing stories, celebrate personal achievements, encourage more two-way dialogue, energise our CSR activities outside of work, let people have their voice, and foster new relationships and friendships across any physical divide.
